"Not much effort on any areas. The room was dirty with hair in the bathroom (not ours!), beds dirty. The owners were somewhat helpful in arranging a tour, but nothing more than that. On our day of departure we had told him we got picked up at 7:00am and asked if it was possible to have breakfast and also settle on the bill. At 6:55 there was no one around. He came at around 7:00 when we where suppose to go, he didn’t wrap up the bill as promised and we had to wait for him to make the bill ready,...

"Lake House was the perfect place for us to relax and explore the surrounding sights in Phong Nha. We especially enjoyed the beautiful scenery, kayaking on the lake, and renting bicycles to explore the local area. The staff were all really friendly and helpful with booking tours and transport, and we felt very at home during our stay here!"

"Beautiful family farm next to a small lake. The owners were friendly and helped us with recommendations for where to go in the area and rented us a motorbike. Food at the restaurant was good and the evening vibes were lovely. Overall an excellent place to stay!"

Vi fik en masse hjælp til at booke både tour til Phong Nha Cave og bus til næste destination. Vi var så glade for at være her. "Vi havde 3 overnatninger på Love Homestay. Værelset var småt, men der var hvad vi skulle bruge. Der blev ikke gjort rent, det var som sådan ok, dog savnede vi at de havde tømt skraldespandene. Servicen var i top fra ejeren, da han hentede os kl. 2.30 om natten, da vi ankom til byen. Samtidig hjalp han os med at booke en masse ture. Poolen var super, og var lige hvad man havde brug for efter ture i Nationalparken. Fint at kunne låne cykler, så man kunne komme ind hvor der var flere restauranter...
