"What an experience ! From start to finish everything at the hotel was perfect! The rooms amazing, the staff super friendly, attentive and professional. The food at the hotel was top notch. "Not much effort on any areas. The room was dirty with hair in the bathroom (not ours!), beds dirty. The owners were somewhat helpful in arranging a tour, but nothing more than that. On our day of departure we had told him we got picked up at 7:00am and asked if it was possible to have breakfast and also settle on the bill. At 6:55 there was no one around. He came at around 7:00 when we where suppose to go, he didn’t wrap up the bill as promised and we had to wait for him to make the bill ready,...

"The hotel is located nicely in the center of Phong Nha close to restaurants and a few shops.
The owner, Mr. Giang, is a very friendly and nice person, and he showed us great flexibility and helped us a lot during our stay there.
The rooms are spacious and light. The bathrooms are a bit worn down, but have the necessary facilities. Breakfast is simple but made fresh for you.
We had a nice stay here thanks to the incredible hospitality of Mr. Giang and his team. "

"The staff is friendly/family owned. Breakfast included in the price, secured my motorcycle, offered me tea, provided water in the room, and located along the main strip in Phong Nha, so walkable to the tourist center, restaurants, and other services.
Room was clean. Karaoke could be heard in the late evening coming from outside the hotel area if you are the type to go to bed early.

"Clean cozy, high-ceilinged hotel with complementary coffee, water, breakfast, and happy hour beer! The host family was delightful and helped us arrange scooter rentals, caving expeditions, and a taxi through the DMZ areas on our way to Hue. Highly recommended!"

"Just finished a nice stay at the Paradise Hotel. The hotel is well located in the area where all the action is. Huge choice of restaurants and shopping all around. Can easily walk to the riverfront or the Imperial Citadel. Bed was comfy. Has TV and AC. Bathroom small but decent. It was quiet. And all for an insanely low price by North American standards. Only wrinkle I had was that the Hotels.com says they have safe at the front desk for customers to use. The one desk girl doesn't speak good...

"Beautiful family farm next to a small lake. The owners were friendly and helped us with recommendations for where to go in the area and rented us a motorbike. Food at the restaurant was good and the evening vibes were lovely. Overall an excellent place to stay!"

"Vi havde 3 overnatninger på Love Homestay. Værelset var småt, men der var hvad vi skulle bruge. Der blev ikke gjort rent, det var som sådan ok, dog savnede vi at de havde tømt skraldespandene.
Servicen var i top fra ejeren, da han hentede os kl. 2.30 om natten, da vi ankom til byen. Samtidig hjalp han os med at booke en masse ture. Poolen var super, og var lige hvad man havde brug for efter ture i Nationalparken. Fint at kunne låne cykler, så man kunne komme ind hvor der var flere restauranter...

"Awesome place to have a laid back stay in Phong Nha. We went in January and were the only ones in the hotel. Originally we had booked 2 bunks but when we arrived they put us in 2 private rooms. Not sure if it was a mixup or an upgrade but it was a nice change after a month sharing rooms. "

"Nice clean property easy walking areas right outside and around the property.
Only down side. We didn’t have hotwater and they did not have a hairdryer which my girlfriend was upset over.
We only stayed one afternoon/evening and had to fly out the next morning.
