"Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at Nguyen Shack so much! There is such lovely views from the room and eating area. The yoga was amazing and it was so convenient having breakfast there every AM, The staff are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met,., they truly want you to feel at home. My kids LOVED all of the animals and spent hours hanging out with them. We rented scooters and drove the route they recommended and stopped at Paradise cave. It was such a stunning drive. If you get the...

Dejligt sted at bo. "

"Clean and comfortable room, with clean sheets and towels. Service was good. Breakfast was simple but good. Area is super pretty. "

"I enjoyed my stay, it’s in a good location maybe 5 minute walk to all the bars and stores, the staff is helpful and friendly."

"The pool has a million dollar view. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The price was unbeatable and it included breakfast! An elevator and room fridge would have been nice, but I have no complaints and would highly recommend! The location is excellent!"

"The host was really nice and helpful! He arranged a day trip for us to see caves. Rooms were nice and clean, we only had a small problem with the heat during the nights. It got quite hot unfortunately "

"The hotel is located nicely in the center of Phong Nha close to restaurants and a few shops. The owner, Mr. Giang, is a very friendly and nice person, and he showed us great flexibility and helped us a lot during our stay there. The rooms are spacious and light. The bathrooms are a bit worn down, but have the necessary facilities. Breakfast is simple but made fresh for you. We had a nice stay here thanks to the incredible hospitality of Mr. Giang and his team. "

"Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience."

"Not much effort on any areas. The room was dirty with hair in the bathroom (not ours!), beds dirty. The owners were somewhat helpful in arranging a tour, but nothing more than that. On our day of departure we had told him we got picked up at 7:00am and asked if it was possible to have breakfast and also settle on the bill. At 6:55 there was no one around. He came at around 7:00 when we where suppose to go, he didn’t wrap up the bill as promised and we had to wait for him to make the bill ready,...

"There where bed bugs and mold on the walls "

"They go with the price and don’t expect too much then you ok"
