"The room was ok. We didn't mention we were checking out and went back to the room for final check and door was open and bedding already stripped off. It was 8:30am and checkout was 11. Very disappointed. Wouldn't stay there again ."

"Apparently the property was sold last year. The overall condition of the property was awful."

"The staff was friendly but the room was dirty and in very poor condition. The paint on the walls was chipping off and was full of stains like something has been running down the walls. The sealant around the toilet and bathtub was brown and disgusting. Every flat service was completely dusty like they were not even cleaning the room. The AC was loud and the room was smelly and humid."

"Very clean and comfortable."

"Clean room"

"My only real complaint is the curtains in the room. There is a full length see through curtain that covers the window. The black out curtain has a very short track and only covered the extreme end of the window. Very bright street lights came through the see through curtain all night making it difficult to sleep. You will not be able to log into your own streaming services like YouTube TV or Amazon Prime in the rooms. The staff is very friemdly and professional."

"The room was very spacious, I loved the vintage looking shower. Water pressure was good and hot water was consistent. Didn't find an ice machine but that is all I was missing because the sweet old man who I think owns it made sure we were taken care of!!! He even brought us a microwave. It was the perfect price and distance to retreat away from working bonnaroo in Manchester"

"We had a great 3 night stay. Will definitely stay here again when in the area."

"Great people, great place! Will definitely go back!"

"Very peaceful, rustic but beautiful property! The host was wonderful to deal with and easy communication! Might make the sleeping a bit more comfortable to go with all the other positive amenities but it was not a deal breaker! We enjoyed sitting on the porch playing games, laughing and taking in the beauty! It was very clean as well!"

"Although our time in Bell Buckle was not a very happy time, our stay at the cottage was just what was needed to relax at the end of the day. We were there to celebrate the life of or friend, a significant part of Tennessee's history. The cottage was just around the corner from her house. The comfort and convenience to town was perfect. Thank you for such good accommodations."

"Loved it!"

"Great place to stay. Had everything we needed. Great location."

"I could never contact the host for check in info. Neither could the vrbo customer service. We did not stay there and I have requested a refund."
