"The room and lobby were reasonably clean and the A/C worked well. However the sink faucet needed repair and some of the pillows were old and stained. Breakfast was decent, though the juice machine was out of at least one juice both mornings. Our biggest complaint is with the pool. We chose this hotel because the pool looked great for our 4 year old, however the kiddie pool was out of order and was still full of stagnant water. "Although the room & bathroom were clean, when we entered the room upon arrival, a very unpleasant sewage odor was present. This odor was corrected by an air freshner my husband found in the exercise room. The curtains need to be replaced as the backing was deteriorating allowing streetlight & am sunlight to filter through. The beds were very comfortable; the linen & towels were adequate. The staff was very cordial & parking was adequate. The breakfast offered was limited."

"Absolutely amazing stay in Great Bend while we were hunting around the area. Phenomenally well equipped kitchen for cooking breakfast and dinner. Alek was a super amazing host that was super responsive to any issues we had (which were minimal). Don’t hesitate to book this place as it’s only a few blocks from a grocery store and in the middle of downtown. "

"Worst stay I’ve been on in a while. If you need to use the bathroom don’t. It doesn’t flush but one good time then it will not flush for the rest of your stay. If you like dirt, unusable toilets, spiderwebs, and piles of crumbs under your bed this place is for you! Highly not recommended!"

"The fridge and freezer were not functional during our visit. The linens were dirty but changed once we called the service number. There was a lot of dust on the light in the bedroom that we cleaned off. The bathroom is super cramped. I'm 6'1" and couldn't sit on the toilet comfortably.
