"This hotel was wonderful and the staff were fabulous! The only negative I have but will still give it a 5 star is how cold the whole hotel was. My room was freezing, but I was able to turn the air off; however, the rest of the hotel was freezing. I stayed shivering and because of the going out in the warm then coming back into the cold, I came home with a terrible cold.
