"The check-in process is wonderful. Everyone is, especially the waitress at the 23 North (Hilton) restaurant. She's fabulous and professional. She made us feel good. "This is an ok hotel, very expensive for what you get. But Bahamas is very expensive and so is the food. So all inclusive is a good option. The restaurants at the hotel are absolutely horrible.
