"We (3 of us) found the Carriage House suite to be very enjoyable and met our needs. Having two sleeping spaces and two bathrooms was a perfect situation for us. The bathrooms were clean and generally updated but the drainage in the main bathroom was quite loud. The main house and breakfast were lovely. We walked the grounds which are lush and green, though in need of some pruning and maintenance. Overall, a very good experience and I would consider staying there again on another trip to...

"My room needed serious deep cleaning. The walls throughout were soiled, the lamps were soiled, and the bathroom floors had long hairs everywhere. Although the staff was pleasant, I wouldn’t stay here again. I needed a room last minute and this had to suffice but I would not recommend."

"I arrived and the room we were assigned was not up to par did not smell clean furniture was in very poor condition toilet was leaking. This hotel needs a whole renovation you are charging premium prices and your hotel does not meet the standards! Pictures are deceiving, They were able to accommodate us to another room that was in better shape. I did give hotel staff 5 stars for taking care of us. Hotel is not worth the money we paid unfortunately."

"The back door didn’t lock and there was no shower curtain in the tub so water went everywhere. The bathroom was dirty and there was a roach in the room probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at."

"This is a budget hotel so I kept my expectations low. It's easy to find and even though it's right off the interstate, it's not very noisy. That's probably because the in-room old style AC unit is making a fairly loud hum, and it runs continuously because this is Texas summer. The room is mostly clean except for a medium size spider in the wash area outside the bathroom. There are cobwebs too which means those corners have not been cleaned for at least a week. "Easy to get in. I ordered two double beds and got a room with one double bed. The property manager said it was an old picture and they do f have two bed options. Bed was very uncomfortable. It is clean and is close to town. "
