My issue was the knob on the closet door was broken, and the end table next to the bed was tarnish, the curtains looked unattached from the top and the heater plate that covers the digital panel was broke. Maintenance did fix the knob and switched the table. I put on the form there was two people staying in the room, house cleaning was stingy with the towels. I need 2-3 face towels a day. "I always have a great stay when staying at this hotel, they are undergoing renovations in the lobby area and it looks STUNNING! The workers are always very kind and welcoming! The breakfast is having a lot of new upgrades added! I have been choosing this hotel for my stays in the cities for over a year now and honestly wouldn’t change anytime! Only downside is there is no pool but it doesn’t drop my rating at all! "

"Stayed here watching our grandsons hockey games at the Blaine Sports arena. Close stay to the arena, good restaurants close by. Nice coffee, espresso , cappuccino machine in lobby. Good pools hours that gave our grandkids time to swim Good breakfast assortment. "

"Room was infested with ants. We kindly asked the front desk to spray. We stayed two days and when we left the ants were coming out of my purse and my sweater and suitcase. At the restaurant we had ants crawling on the table. At the hospital ants were crawling out of my bag. "

"You walked in and you were in awe of the how well lite up and clean it looked and smelled: fresh and inviting (I been in a few places where the smell was horrific) The staff was extremely helpful and glad to see us. Opened the door to the room and my wife and I felt like royalty, it was so nice. We give hands up for the shades that made it completely dark in the room so you can sleep and no smelly curtains.
