"Quiet, private, great location nestled in a protected harbor and Lake Champlain; nice swimming area in the Lake as well as a beautiful outdoor pool. Well-maintained golf course, dining options, even a "snack shack." 90 minute "shipwreck" cruise on the Lake was fun (underwater drone utilized to actually show us some of the 200 wrecks that litter the bottom of Lake Champlain).
