"Adorable craftsman apartment with a great layout. We loved how the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit — it worked perfectly for our group, especially with a 22-month-old and a few snorers. The AC worked without any issues, which we were especially thankful for with 102-degree weather.There’s a Keurig coffee maker available, but we opted to buy a pour-over from the nearby Co-op (about a 15-minute walk). Street parking has time limits, so we really appreciated having access to the gated...

"The host was very communicative and so nice, made sure that our stay was perfect-and it was! The house was completely stocked with things you don’t normally get (tp, paper towels, trash bags, spices etc) and checkout was a breeze-especially with an early morning flight. The house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and the setting on the golf course was stunning. The pool area was extremely private so we could enjoy music without worrying about bothering neighbors. "

"First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. The floor in one shower the paint was peeling back. There is no washer as stated..it is a coin op down the street which had no working washing machines and no soap to wash if...
