"We loved our quick stay here. A 2 min drive to the Factory and easy to get to Main Street. The place was clean, well set up, and cute! The only downside was that you could hear every single movement from the renters upstairs, but I often find that to be the case in a hotel as well. Maybe a deterrent if you are a light sleeper but we didn’t mind. Would stay again! "

"This is a cozy little dwelling, nestled in a quiet area. All amenities are there, including coffee (very important). There is AC, which was necessary during our stay. I am 54 and was able to climb the ladder to the loft (my 2 adult daughters wanted the couch bed), but keep in mind climbing down. "Very beautiful location in the pasture! And so close to downtown Franklin and the Factory. The only suggestion I have for this property is the bathroom feels a little unfinished. Like there’s no hooks anywhere to hang your towel (though I could tell there used to be one hook but it was taken off the wall?) and the vanity sink is so tiny it’s hard to get ready with no counter space for products. "We enjoyed our stay at Amy's home in Hood River. It is a charming older home with character! The grounds and gardens are beautiful. The front deck was great to relax on when the sun went down, it is hot during sunny days. We especially liked the kitchen that had morning sun and views of the garden. The screened porch was a great place to relax with our morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening.
