The kitchen supplies were high quality and everything worked. The check in process was simple and the communication was prompt and thorough. Having such a lovely place to come to after exploring Chicago contributed greatly to our family's time together."

"We had a lovely stay! A cozy place where we could hang out in between Olivet Nazarene University graduation events for my daughter. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great. The kitchen/dining was spacious for cooking and gathering around the table for a couple of meals. Excellent communication with both Lyle and Taylor and both were quick to answer questions that we had. Kroger was right down the road and there are a lot of good restaurants in the area. A perfect place for a family...

"This is an extended stay. The hallways and elevator are filthy. The room had a terrible smell, although I think it was pretty clean--the smell coming from the air conditioner was a mix of what seemed like cigs and pooh. The front desk staff was so nice that I did not complain. I only stayed one night, however, as my daughter was moving into a property in Chicago, our reason for travel, and she let me stay with her on what ould have been my second night. I just came back and got my stuff on...
