"We picked this property because of the location and what we wanted to do while we were there. We were close to all the State Parks and waterfalls we visited. It was a clean, comfortable and accommodating. We enjoyed hanging out on the back porch for morning coffee and again for evening beverages. Very quiet neighborhood with some family restaurants close by. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions and very easy check in. We enjoyed our short stay in Pikeville! "

"We were just passing through on our way to Gatlinburg and we wanted to check out Fall Creek Falls State Park.The location was perfect for visiting the state park. Camper was clean. "Easy to find, check in was simple, house fully stocked with everything we needed. Nice area and some good restaurants. Hot tub and porch were very nice, beds comfy, its not the best VRBO I ever stayed in, but its pretty good. Owner was excellent with communication. Just remember guest bath water is backwards, hot is cold and cold is hot. "

"The pictures do not do the property justice! A very lovely and inviting home conveniently located about 5 minutes off the interstate. For those travelling, not to worry! Although the roads are winding, very manageable. Great central location with easy access to numerous attractions. In town for an annual family reunion and this was a great relaxing home.
