"We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—close to the university. There was tons of games and entertainment. The house itself had plenty of space and lots of sleeping options, which worked out great for our group. Communication with the owners was excellent—they were quick to respond and made the whole process smooth and easy. Overall, it was the perfect spot for our trip, and we would definitely stay here again!"

"Location was good, we visited Round Top. We had 3 teen boys with us that loved the location to the lake. Only suggestion would be to replace the full bedroom window unit, it’s on its last leg and noisy while trying to sleep. "

"Fantastic suite! Super posh and clean, and the bed was so comfy. I haven’t gotten a 92 on my sleep app in months! We had everything we needed and it was so much more homey feeling than a stale hotel room. The outdoor living area and yard was so pawfect. My pup can attest to that. He wouldn’t get in the truck when we were packed up and ready to leave. I would rate our accommodations 100 ⭐️’s if I could. Myself, my hubby, and my Rowdy pup highly recommend staying here. "Great property and great host with A communication. Highly recommended. I booked the property for an annual car-guys trip and it was perfect for us. Plenty of parking for all our cars, and great driving roads in the area. A nice long winding drive up to the house is a nice greet when entering, the house is nice and conducive to gathering. Big porch with plenty of seating and nice views. We really enjoyed the pool which is resort-sized, clean and well maintained. Hosts were very friendly...
