"The studio condo we stayed in was basically a king room with a kitchen sink. The facility was safe and secure- but we weren't given an entry code to one of the doors. Luckily, customer service hotline was able to help, but it was exasperating. I was devastated on arrival to realize that there WAS NO PRIVATE BALCONY for this room as advertised, and sitting on the balcony and feeling sea breezes was what I was looking forward to the most. "We were over the moon with our stay. The only downfall was the king bed box spring was collapsed on one side so the mattress sinks in that spot- sleeping with a toddler left it inevitable not to end up sleeping there. So not the most comfortable, but we were so worn out on the daily it didn’t matter too much. All the kids enjoyed their beds. The condo was stocked with dishes and pots and pans. "The condo was nice and clean with a beautiful view and direct access to the beach. The splash pad and pool were a hit for the for our kids. We didnt have to leave the facility at all for any entertainment. The only issue I had was within the booking process. I booked using afterpay and received messages from the property management team wanting proof of payment and they wanted a picture of a physical card for proof which was not available due to using Afterpay, so I would advise anyone who is...

"Property was better than advertised, home is new and in great condition. Golf cart and bikes were provided and were well used during our week. Only two minor issues, construction is still taking in the neighborhood, nothing terrible, but men working on a house next to the pool. I have to say, they did not interfere with our trip or the experience with the property . Parking was limited to two vehicles, so keep that in mind if you have a larger group. We certainly enjoyed our time in Grayton...

"We enjoyed the best week celebrating the matriarch of the family with all kids and grandkids staying in this beautiful home. This included 14 adults- everyone had a lovely room and bathroom. Easy access to the beach with all needed chairs, toys and umbrellas. The pool was one of the biggest highlights for the family including plenty of shaded area. The host was so helpful with my questions. We can’t say enough good things about Paradise Found. Perfectly named!"
