We could communicate with the owners through text or phone but text was listed as the preferred communication form. Owners did take awhile to respond which was frustrating when trying to request a late checkout. Other small things were left out of the room such as a box of tissues and no liner for the ice bucket. "We had no communication with the owner until we were on our way there. We got an email the day we were to check in giving us the details. The place is basically clean except for a stained tub that could be cleaned. The fan in the bathroom was broken. The kitchen had 1 plate and 1 bowl. The bed is so high off the ground you need a step stool to get in. There is a desk chair and another chair that is old and has no padding. There were 2 irons but no ironing board. "This is a really great property! Family friendly, clean, well stocked and prepared for a weekend of fun. The cabin had little moths in the upstairs bedrooms and around the cabin. Not terrible but a little annoying. We also understand it’s a cabin in the mountains. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We will definitely be back. "
