"We’d never been to Chautauqua lake so this was all new. This house is billed as a wildlife experience and it surely is! Goose Creek is quiet except for bird song. Beaver swim by and geese go past with their babies. This house was really comfortable from beds to couches to the glassed in porch that looked out onto the water. We had a group of 6 ladies and we could couldn’t believe how convenient the location was to the waterfront and everything Bemus has to offer! "The house was perfect for our fishing trip to Lake Chataqua. The property provided space to park the boat and the outside electric made it easy to charge the battery. The home itself was immaculate and the owners provide everything needed. The washer and dryer was a huge bonus after a rainy day on the water! Wonderful!"

"This place is wonderful. The hosts are so nice and accommodating, the property is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. We came up for a weekend and although the weather wasn’t ideal, we had plenty to do at the house and close by. The cell service isn’t great in the area, but myself and 6 others were all able to connect to the WiFi with no connection issues or hiccups. All of the rooms are great, but my personal favorite was the Bills room. I would definitely come back again! Go Bills! "
