"Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable! Highly recommend this rental. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Cozy House! There was just the two of us so only used the bedroom w/king size bed. SUPER comfortable! This place had everything we needed for our 5 night stay! It was very quiet! Great A/C! Very, very clean! We highly recommend the Cozy House when passing through the Wever, Burlington, Biggsville area. Joe & Kathy"

"Host Mary-Grace offers a clean, well-appointed modern rental in a historic building. We enjoyed our stay and found it convenient for our time in Henderson County & Burlington IA. Highly recommend this property!"

"Nice little place out in the country. Great place for a getaway!"

"Cozy house only 5 minutes from the barn at fairview acres! Would definitely stay again! Host was excellent with responding to questions I had."

"The only issue we had was I didn’t realize there were three apartments. We kept trying to use the code for apartments A and B. It turned out we rented apartment C that you enter on the other side of the building. I messaged Kristina and she got right back to me to solve the problem."

"Dirty. Smelly. Furniture in tatters. Broken doors. No hand towels or washcloths provided."

"I like that fact that the place is like home and clean however the air conditioner is too loud . Besides that it is very nice place 👍👍👍👍"

"We loved how clean the house was. It was good for staying at for commencement at WIU. Mattresses were comfortable. Shower was nice. Very nice place to stay."

"Very easy communication with host. There was a storm in area, power went out in area. Quick to solve and communication was amazing. Would recommend 100%!"

"Perfect for our dogs. Very clean, comfortable and cozy. Beautiful view and exactly what we needed."

"We really enjoyed the cozy cabin and beautiful scenery and firepot"

"Beautiful property!"

"Beautifully done space - will stay again if we are in the area!!"

"We had a great stay, I would recommend this place to anyone that is willing to climb a ladder to a loft to sleep. That being said the smaller cabins chairs in the living room area aren’t the most comfortable. The fire wood will cost you 20 if you wish to have a fire maybe bring your own. I also don’t feel that I should have to strip the bed or take the trash out if I am paying a cleaning fee. The bed is also not the most comfortable in the world. We did have a great time though. Just leaving...
