"ELATED to be able to stay at my grandparents’ home in Wonewoc again (they owned the house for over 65 years). As a child (and only the granddaughter), I spent summers there swinging on the porch swing with my grandpa while he sang, “You are My Sunshine,” to me…Catching turtles in the creek, trying on my grandma’s trendy clothing from the 1930’s in the attic, feeding my grandpa’s fish in the spring-fed well (basement), etc. It was (and still is) a very magical place. "This house is about 2 blocks from the bike trail. Very accessible plus a small restaurant next to the trail. My daughter and I had a lovely stay in this cute house, reading, hanging out, and using the trail. Small park is one block away as well."
