"The stay was wonderful! The staff are very attentive (both fluent in Spanish and English) and the cabins are clean with ample space and located directly in front of a magical mountain. There is a jacuzzi and sauna on the grounds as well as a laundry facility free of charge with a reservation with the staff. Breakfast, small fee, was delicious and delivered hot to our cabin. The hotel has a great concierge and transportation to and from airport (for a fee) and travel to nearby cities and tours. "

"Super fint sted med pæne store og rummelig værelser. Mange mulige aktiviteter og fantastisk udsigt til de omgivende bjerge. Eneste minus i forhold til vores oplevelse var, at absolut ingen taler engelsk og menukort i restauranten findes kun på spansk; men vi klarede os med Google translate. Det var vist også første gang overhovedet, at de oplevede en booking via hotels.com, hvorfor indtjekning var lidt forvirrende. "

"It’s cute house with 2 bed/bath felt like home and close many things. Felt very safe! except we had trouble getting wifi password and ended up going out to the shop at night to buy something connect to their wifi and call the host for password. Improvements needed- 1. Make a list of WiFi connections details and keep it on kitchen counter or share with email 2. Towels smelled like burnt wood and my kid kept saying not to use the towels 3. The water wasn’t hot enough to shower and we ended up...

"We got a room in the old 16th century hacienda, and it was magnificent with tall ceilings and even a fresco. Everything was true luxury and beautiful. Perfect place to adapt to the altitude and recover from jetlag. A pleasant surprise was the restaurant with a comprehensive selection of Peruvian and international dishes. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and went to the restaurant all 3 evenings - everything was very delicious. We also got very nice couples massage at the spa. Special thanks to the restaurant waiter Joseph and spa therapists Cristina and Yodelina."
