"The property was extremely clean. The rooms were smaller than what we thought they would be from the pictures…but they were extremely clean. We didn’t realize this was a basement apartment…but it was extremely clean. We had an event in Jersey City and this property was very convenient. Our group of three composed of two different families and the two bedroom was just what was needed. Off street parking gave us one less thing to worry about. There is a mall in close proximity to the property...

"comfortable space specially the beds/great price"

"Air conditioning kept things cool at night. The elevator worked well for bringing luggage up without hassle."

"The place was magnificent. Well located, clean, well appointed. Just one word of caution for older people or people with heavy bags: navigating the stairs was challenging."

"The property was nice, but there were very few plates, glasses and bowls and only 2 forks. Also, the wall tic tac toe game was missing all the "o"s. The bathroom shower and floor was very slippery when wet.We did like the coffee bar, bed, other furniture and games."

"place was clean but neighborhood super sketchy. no tvs in the bedrooms. and it’s a 3 story walk up so be prepared if you are bringing heavy luggage. parking is an issue so if you have more than one vehicle you may have issues. host was nice and responsive."

"The host should consider improving cleanliness and adding more furniture to the bedroom. We were unable to sleep in the other room because the bed leg was bent upon our arrival. Additionally, the furniture feels very cheap, and the shower liner needs to be replaced. There are no TVs in the bedrooms, only a very small TV in the living room."

"This space worked great for us for our short stay ."
