"Great hotel for families with kids. It was our 3rd time here in three years. We come here to relax and enjoy some time together (me and 2 kids, 4+7). I love how you can walk between the pools/beach/playground/water playground in less than 5 minutes. All-inclusive works well. We enjoyed our breakfasts in The Brasserie close to the pool area - really nice and quiet. Had lunch inside the large buffet restaurant - it is busy and quite noisy. Dinners outside - much more quiet. The food is above average for an all inclusive resort of this size. Many different options and themes. Love the Arabic and Indian food. Would love to see some Coke Zero on the menu instead of Diet Coke - and other diet soda options would be great too! We stayed at a Deluxe Room with garden access. These rooms are located in the low buildings in the garden area close to the pool area and just a short walk to the restaurants. Perfect with small kids - they can easily run back and forth between the room and the pool area. Staff is generally really nice and serviceminded. I really like this resort and will probably be back again next year!"

"Nice hotel when paying for a stay with dinner , it’s a set menu and that’s normal procedure many places but in the a la carte restaurant the choices where extremely limited - it was ridiculous- if you don’t want to offer dinner then don’t include it in the offer !!!! "

"Fuldstændig fantastisk oplevelse! Absolut et hotel som jeg vil anbefale. Dev tog godt imod os i receptionen, og sørgede for at vi intet manglede under opholdet. Aliya var helt enormt serviceminded og hjalp med alt i restauranten. Både Dev og Aliya kunne huske vores navne, og vidste at jeg havde glutenallergi, - helt enormt overskud! Kevin og Arshad sørgede for god betjening. Vi kommer klart igen. "

"Første dag fik vi et værelse med dårlig udseende og kedelig, dysfunktionel vandafløb og ventilation, men efter god kommunikation med receptionisten fik vi skiftet det til bedre værelse. Personalet var generelt meget søde specielt i restauranten med morgenbuffet ville de gøre alt for holde os tilfredse."
