"It is a new property. There is construction still going on in adjacent units. The apartment was warm and cozy, perfect for winter. Hot water supply was very good. It is located a short walk from the main shopping street and the bus station. Everything we needed was within walking distance including some nice restaurants, the waterfront and the artisan market. "

"L'hébergement est très bien situé à quelques minutes de l'entrée sud du parc. Le coin est paisible et la vue sur Torres del paine est splendide lorsque ce n'est pas nuageux. Le Check-in est a 15h et pas avant (non négociable). La dame qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique et nous a donné des conseils sur notre séjour. Le chauffage est une climatisation réversible qui ne chauffe pas suffisamment le soir dès que la nuit tombe (pour les plus frileux). Nous n'avons pas eu de problème d'eau...

"Excellent property for before and after TDP hike. Very cozy, nice and clean. Even though there js no reception, the communication via WhatsApp is excellent, fast and expedient. It is in Spanish though, so get your translator handy. 15 minutes walk from the bus station. All the kitchen utensils are available for cooking and the major supermarket is 5 walking minutes away. Property manager allowed me to store my bad there while I was on a hike to TDP. Highly recommend the place and would stay...

"I booked this 2 days, maybe 3, in advance. The property never sent me a confirmation. Nothing. I arrived in Puerto Natales and took a taxi to the property. They never heard of me. Wouldn't let me in. I had to scramble to book another hotel, on the spot, for more money. This booking was "unrefundable". So, I'm out for 4 nights of payment and got NOTHING FOR IT. I will NEVER book a VRBO on Orbitz or Expedia again. What a horrible experience. "
