"What an amazing find close to the airport! Edward was proactive in communicating and very hospitable. He picked us up at the airport and took us to our rental car the next day. Our room was spotless, spacious and minutes from the airport. We did not explore the area as we arrived late and left early the next morning. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if in the area. If you need an inexpensive clean room, this is the place to book. "

"My family, friends and I had a wonderful time in this Jaco beach house. The location was perfect for our surfers and all the rooms were fantastic! Attached bathrooms for all but one room provided a luxury that can't be understated.The large, well stocked kitchen and super long dinning table made cooking and eating meals a joy. "Unknown to us, Punta Leona and Playa Blanca are inaccessible unless you are staying within the private area. The view from the condo was stunning, and it was just as described in the listing. I will note that I would recommend bringing groceries with you, as the road out of the area is about 15 minutes (and who would want to leave once you arrive?). Herve was extremely thorough with directions to the place (it would be hard with the detail) and was very responsive throughout the process. "

"One of the best family vacations we have had in Playa Hermosa. House was perfect, clean and perfect size for a large family. House has everything you need. David answered all my questions and the property manager was very helpful. The property staff were so kind and helpful. House is in one of the best locations and close to everything you may need or want to see. The beach is not safe to swim but the beach is beautiful to sit on w/ beautiful sunsets, do wish the house supplied beach chairs....
