"If your looking for a cozy low key vibe … this is your villa . Security was friendly , neighbors, and the host made the stat complete . We got the package with breakfast, and the assortment was great , and the breakfast over all was 10/10. We had fast easy communication with our host and they made us feel welcomed and like family. Highly recommend thia villa ."

"I liked the veranda the pool the safety the staff and the view. More towels, change of sheets, trash directions and better light in the bedroom and directions on how to access Chanels on the tv would make the experience even better. Thank you."

"The property was nice, very quiet but was a fair distance from the township of Falmouth. Miguel the owner was always available when you required his help for anything. The suite itself was very clean thoughit lacked much in the way of cutlery, dish and laundry soap. The suite has a washer and drier but the drier didn't work, but I was able to access another suite to dry my clothes. The house is a little difficult to find and the guard at the gated community does not know anything, so be sure...

"The exact location was a little tricky but Karl was a phone call away to assist. The building was safe and close to everything, but it’s in need of repairs and updating. The apartment itself met our expectations for the price paid. Loved the balcony to watch sunsets and the hip strip. My family loved the fact that the beach was across the street and dining out was walkable. I would definitely book this place again, only about 10mins to the airport. "

"Communication with the owner was great, transportation was good (though expensive and the cost was not predictable), and Annette, the housekeeper/cook was excellent. The food she prepared was great; I ate more than usual.We did not understand how remote the house is; the nearest town, Duncans, a 15-20 taxi away, offers rudimentary grocery stores but not much else. To do anything much away from the house, expect to pay driver Kirk 50-80, so the cost of a dinner out is nearly doubled.The images...

"Perfect Villa for our family of 5. Only complaint would be that we ate too much because the food was delicious! We’ve been to Jamaica many many times, but this was by far our most relaxing experience. "

"We loved it so much that I am so sad to be home. The place was everything and more. I had no complaints at all. The resort is beautiful, the communication is top-notch and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. "

"Nice location, quiet, lots of shopping, restaurants. Some units need upgrade but if you are the party Type and just want somewhere to crash|sleep this is an ideal spot. Not your 7 star experience. "

"The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."

"Close to the airport also close to the head strip. Location was well clean staff was friendly 24 hour security, automatic gates two bedroom, full kitchen, living room, backyard pool everything that you can need for your stay for wise Y and cable I highly recommend."

Worst “hotel” experience ever.

"Honestly the worst “hotel” experience ive ever encountered. Especially for the money spent. Very old and not maintained property. It doesn’t even qualify as a motel let alone a resort with all inclusive. At dinner there wasn’t tables enough, so we went out to eat. Worst all inclusive ever, I had to make myself drinks since nobody was at the poolbar. The pool was dirty and so was the “hot tub”, if we can call it that. I never review, as I believe if you don’t have something good to say, don’t say it. But this was of the charts bad. And I only had one night otherwise I would have canceled my stay their for sure. To go to the beach you have you cross the road and pay for chairs and umbrella at the beach, and also no beach-bar so your all inclusive is not really useful if you like to stay at the beach. Breakfast was so terrible and so was lunch. For dinner we went out - says a lot when it is all inclusive. To end on a positive note, it was close to the airport. "
