"Our stay was great. I would give this property 10 stars!! Natoya and her family went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Natoya reached out to me about a week before our stay, and she constantly communicated with me to make sure our needs were met during our stay. The villa was amazing, and is located in a gated community. It was more than enough to accommodate my family of five. We chose the all inclusive option which included meals, and the food was amazing. My kids are still talking...

"I liked the veranda the pool the safety the staff and the view. More towels, change of sheets, trash directions and better light in the bedroom and directions on how to access Chanels on the tv would make the experience even better. Thank you."

"I enjoyed my stay at this appartment. The room was very clean and the view of the ocean from the balcony is breath taking. Shower had great flow and the wifi worked perfect. I only use the A/C twice durning my 7 day stay as the room stayed cool. The best part is the location to everything. Starbucks is just accross the street and resturants and grocery are just few min walk. I would definitley book another stay."

If we needed anything, all we had to do was ask. The property is close to the beach and restaurants. The property is even close to a supermarket. I enjoyed my stay there. "We enjoyed our stay immensely! Villa & grounds were absolutely beautiful! Our lovely & gracious cook & housekeeper, Ms. Kerine, prepared delicious meals daily & made our stay very comfortable & delightful! The security guard, Andrew, was friendly, cheerful, & attentive & made us feel safe the entire stay. We thoroughly enjoyed his guided tour to the calm cove for cliff jumping & snorkeling! Hope to make it back again someday!"

"This property is well located on the hip strip. It is a property in transition. The restaurant and pool are closed; not sure if they are going to open. Security is good. Lots of stuff to see and do nearby. The Doctor’s Cave beach and a Starbucks are across the street but the beach requires a fee for admission and an extra fee if you want a beach chair and umbrella."

"Cook and staff are fabulous. House is a bit more dated than pictures indicate, but well maintained and excellent location in a quiet bay. Local activities are worth checking out. Our group is quite seasoned in our travels, and our trip to Sun Kissed was over Super Bowl weekend. There were challenges with the house internet, but staff made accommodations to make sure we saw the game and were well fed. A great time was had by all in for our group of ten!"
