"Clean, family friendly, close to everything."

"Great location in the heart of Warwick, NY. Easy to walk around town and visit the local restaurants!"

"Great property and loved the lake access!"

"A very quiet cul de sac and a babbling brook in the back yard which was absolutely soothing. Street parking was tight but there was a small parking lot available close by. Beds were comfortable (pillows need upgraded though). Kitchen could use a few more plates and bowls. I cooked for 7 people. Towels (rough). A few upgrades and this place would be a five."

"The whole experience was amazing. Very clear description and clear instructions from start to finish. The owner was available when we had questions and it was close to all that we needed/wanted to go to. Bravo and would definitely stay there again!"

"The views are incredible, house was very clean. The location is great too!"

"My friend and I stayed for a mini golf trip and everything worked out great!"

"The appointment was canceled by the host"
