"This property was perfect for hosting family for our son's wedding at Emerson Park. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Great porches to sit and visit with a view of the lake. Multiple indoor living spaces too. Great find!"

"What a lovely cozy little stay. Just perfect to allow us to get to an early hockey game the next morning! Just make sure to know that Googlemaps does not lead you to the right entrance. The actual driveway is 100 yards down the road. Thanks to Sarah for guiding us to the entrance!We can’t wait to come back! "

"The property is ideal for small children, lots of room to play outside, the lake is assessable and shallow for a good distance from the shore.The kitchen is well equipped for large family meals.There are interesting places to go and see There are 6 bedrooms and sufficient beds for the listed number of visitors.It is a comfortable, but not fancy property.It fully met our expectations."

"I couldn't get over how stunning this property was. Absolutely beautiful. The place was also immaculate. There was a/c in every room, which was very nice. And the bathroom!! Wow, the tub was WONDERFUL. I decided I had to try it so I began filling it up. I walked away to get my things ready & thought there's no way the water is going to stay hot throughout. We'll was I wrong, the water was so hot that I had to add alot of cold water. I used the Dr Teal's Himalayan bath salt which the owners were...

"Beautiful little suite on the lake. Check in was seamless. We were out and about and had little interaction with owners but they were there when we checked in and were very gracious."

"Love the old homes with the super high ceilings! They have a lot of class and charm. Everything was in walking distance. Would highly recommend the Balloons restaurant, for their top notch service and food. If you want see the historical sites in town, check the sites online info. Some sites and restaurants have limited availability in the winter months. "

"We rented the house for a relaxing bachelorette weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The house was well stocked and located a short distance from downtown Skan. Would definitely rebook in the future!"

"Our visit was perfect! The house was very comfortable, and the lawn and porch were perfect to spend most of our time outside and for our kids to run around/be in the lake. It was great to have so many ways to enjoy the lake with kayaks, paddleboards, etc. Victoria was super helpful and so responsive to any question. Highly recommend this property!"

"Big beautiful house on an equally beautiful lake. Great hosts! Kitchen is amazing. The main family room looks over the lake - incredible view. "The outdoor area has everything you need to gather and cook out along with three different fire pits. Everything was very clean and everything we looked for and needed was there. The master bedroom was amazingly large and the laundry room was attached along with the bathroom that was massive! "We had a wonderful time! The kids were happy splashing in the shallow water, and husband was thrilled to be able to have our boat on hand at the dock. Everything in the house was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and we hope to visit again soon!"

"Held our week-long, extended family reunion here by occupying the Guest House and Cottage for sleep space, and the Guest House great room for meals, games, and socializing. "Absolutely awful place unfortunately with really bad service. Almost everything was closed. The spa, restaurant etc. We booked this hotel for one night stay with our teenagers age 17 and 18. They were not allowed to go outside the room! The restaurant on site was closed and We couldn’t bring the teenagers with us even if it was open because it is located near the casino floor!!!!!! It doesn’t make any sense that you couldn’t make a route that makes it possible to someplace where they could participate in a nice restaurant. The cafe was open, but that is not really the same. We would have liked to use the spa for a treatment but it was also closed. We tried to talk to the reception about it, but they just answered it wasn’t their problem and it was stated somewhere. We asked where, because we never would have booked it if we knew. We fully accept if it was an “only adults” hotel, but that is not the case. The receptionist couldn’t find the information stated anywhere and just told us that he could et do anything about it. The rooms was very nice and the breakfast from the cafè was alright. The adults tried the casino at night. Here we encountered issues with the slot machines and the card. We gave up….. We usually don’t leave bad reviews, but the standard of this hotel was subpar by far and the staff was very rude indeed. The lady working at the cafe was very helpful and kind! "
