"The duplex is located in a very quiet neighborhood - a horse farm is located right across the street - and was easy to find using our Waze app. The house is a fast 15 minutes from some really great restaurants! The house itself was lovely and very comfortable. The beds were firm the way we like them. Everything was in great condition and very clean. (Just a note, the water is well water so it was a bit brown when we first turned on a faucet. After letting it run for like 5 minutes, it cleared up...

"Incredible stay!! The house is absolutely perfect for a weekend in town. A few of us traveled from different areas and spent the Belmont Weekend at this beautiful home. Jon was extremely communicative and very helpful with every aspect. Highly recommend this rental to adults for a nice wknd in town or even families with smaller children. The house has everything you can ask for and more! And the location is A!! We will be renting again in the future!!"
