"This was an incredible weekend away for my wife and I. This is one of the cutest cabins I have ever seen. They thought of everything. Comfy beds, dimmable lights, heated bathroom, plenty of firewood, space heater in case you run out of firewood, air conditioner for when you get too hot, power fan that can fan the upstairs when spinning one way and the downstairs when spinning the other, light up mirror in the bathroom, plush towels, beautiful new construction in most rooms, I could go on. "Check-in process and communication was excellent from the start. We were able to start enjoying our stay immediately upon arrival. Communication during our stay and at the end was equally as positive. Quick and helpful information was always provided. The pictures of the cabin and immediate area do not do this cabin/surrounding area enough justice. It is beautiful, rustic, and warm. Fishing at the Big Pond was awesome. We booked due to the location between Letchworth and Stony Brook State Parks for our hiking vacation and were pleasantly surprised to find out there were miles of trails through the forest behind the cabin included with the property. "It was a quaint experience staying in this small, yet comfortable cottage house. The house is well kept and the furnishings, including the beds, are very relaxing for a good nights rest. "It was just what we wanted -- a place near Letchworth Park that was dog-friendly. Its in a quiet neighborhood that's a short dog-walk to a beautiful lake. You need to bring linens and towels. The kitchen has plates and utensils but no food, spices, coffee, sugar, etc. I wish the notes posted in the home were on the listing, especially the "small hot water tank, take a short shower". None of these minor gripes would have stopped us from renting this place, but it's good to know up front. ...
