"We were going to an event at Turning Stone but the hotel rates were high. We found this property a short drive away and it was nice. We were comfortable watching TV and slept well. There was. Keurig so coffee was a breeze. We would stay again when we go back to Turning Stone."

"Vanderkamp was the ideal setting for small family 50th Anniversay celebration. Although the weather wasn’t perfect, we were able to be outside for 2 of our 4 days – hiking, paddleboarding, canoeing, fishing, and playing yard games. Off the dock it was very weedy and mucky, but it was fun to watch the fish and snakes. Inside there was ample room to either be together or find quiet places to read or relax. The kitchen was WELL-stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs, and silverware. The cooking...

"Stayed here for Syracuse U. parents' weekend. Location was perfect, about 12 minutes from campus. House was lovely. Well-appointed with everything you would need, communication from owner was A+. Highly-recommend. "

"You couldn't ask for a better location if you like having tons of food and adult beverages right out your front door since you are right downtown. Beautiful modern yet vintage feel, comfortable king bed and nice hot shower. We did not prepare any food during our 4 day stay but there was plenty of appliances and dishes if we wanted to do that. Only a mini fridge but again with all the eating options downtown really no reason to stay in. Cannot do laundry but we did find a laundry mat if needed...
