Location is very private, yet a short ride to Canandaiqua for restaurants and shopping. The hosts were very responsive when we had any questions. We have rented several properties over the years and we all agreed that this one was one of the best! Highly recommend this property."

"The house looked just like the picture. Its a cute cottage that was perfect for my husband, myself and our dog. We had a family gathering in Naples and it was the perfect location for the event as well as enjoying downtown."

"Throughout the years we have stayed at many vacation rentals. One can tell right away when the owner cares about the renters. The owner of this place definitely does. He included many extras such as a welcome bottle of wine and multiple areas with fresh cut flowers. The house was well equipped, very clean and the view of the lake was beautiful."

"The house was great. Very clean and had everything you needed. The view was spectacular and we were minutes from stores and dining.I will say definitely bring your smallest vehicle. The driveway is very tight. Otherwise is was a relaxing stay and we had beautiful weather. "

"Property was clean and the view is beautiful. Only complaint was using the stairs from the parking area above is very dark at night."

"Really nice spot and I thought it was a solid value. We saw some other, incredible houses on Canandaigua lake we wanted to book, everything looked perfect but when we saw the total price at check out, we said no way; way overpriced. But we found THIS place had it all: Enough room, nice interior, great view, nice outdoor space with a dock to park a boat, AND a fair price! Therefore, we will save this spot to check first for another rental."

"Well kept home in every way.Well equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers, 2 large islands. Wonderful floorplan, very spacious for 16 people.Pool was perfect for the hot weather week.Kayaks easily accessible to lake.Plenty of yard space for lawn games."

The area is so quiet and serene, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.The scenery was simply breathtaking. "We had a group of 13 adults. We had plenty of space to all be together and enough room to spread out if we wanted. Kitchen was a good size and had everything we needed to prepare large meals. Lake front was beautiful. Plenty of outdoor seating by the bonfire. "
