"Gorgeous and wonderfully kept home. Great location for visiting our college student. If you’re looking to go to bars, you could not ask for a better, easier place to crash after a fun night. If you’re looking to go to bed before midnight on typical college night out, just don’t book a room in the front of the house. You will hear every conversation of every group of intoxicated college students on their way home (at least they’re not driving). The house is restored and decorated beautifully....

"Had a great time! The location is perfect for exploring the area. It's a really nice and clean place with a great breakfast and really nice and helpful people. The house has been beautifully renovated and all the original details preserved. Has a cozy and warm feeling to it"

"We all loved our stay. The trails, river, birds, scenery, and sauna were amazing. We enjoyed using the tram as well. The outdoor kitchen is pretty well stocked with basic needs. Perfect place to escape life in! We will be back."

"Brenda was a wonderful host. Hidden gem can be found in Rocky Retreat. Ambling Brook and beautiful song birds were the perfect accompaniment to the Adirondack wood style accommodations."

"A very cute apartment. Susan, our host was friendly, very helpful and easy to communicate with. They were kind to supply us with coffee and breakfast items and fresh eggs from their chickens!"

"Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Kühlschrank wurde nicht gereinigt und das Bad war auch sehr rein. Ort ist in Ordnung und die Gegend umist auch sehr schön. Leider hatten wir sehr viele schnacken."

"This lovely little cabin was so much more than we expected. It’s a small footprint, but efficiently laid out with plenty of space for everyone to relax. It was clean and comfortable and the manager was easy to contact. The little touches like locally made soaps and fully stocked kitchen (even the stuff to make s’mores) was the gold standard for rentals. We were not there very long, but did get to walk to the creek and spend a little time by the small pond listening to the tree frogs. One thing...

"Amazing privacy. Gorgeous riverside view. Beautiful trails. Lovely fragrant soaps, shampoos and lotions. Warm and cozy on a cold November night. Had scrambled eggs on the beautiful refurbished antique stove. A joy to use! Lovely details of magazines, books, binoculars, games, lovely coffee mugs, French Press setup, great cooking utensils and pots and pans. Truly memorable! Hope to be back for sure!!!"

"This was our 2nd time staying in this location (first time in this cabin). We absolutely loved it! Just perfect! Quiet, beautiful, and every detail just well thought out! The hosts are amazing and super easy to deal with. Can't wait to come back next year."

"We stayed here for a perfect fall getaway. A little hard to find in the dark, so I'd recommend getting there before dark. Other than that it was in a peaceful setting, quiet out of the way place we'd definitely stay at again. "
