"It was everything we needed! The house was very clean and it looked exactly like it does in the pictures. It is in a quiet area, it was easy to get to and it was close to a lot of attractions. Joe even sent us a list of recommendations for local stores, restaurants, and attractions before our stay. There were nightlights around the whole house and even lights outside which was nice because it did get dark. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook during our stay. There were even board games...

"Cooperstown was a memorable trip but what made it the best was staying at home with our host. The home was perfect. We always wanted to go explore the surrounding villages but the boys always wanted to return to play at the house. Thank you for the great memories!"

"We really enjoyed the house and its close location to Dreams Park. The spacious living conditions were perfect for us and the bonus game room was a plus for the 2 teens. "This property was perfect for our family traveling to Cooperstown Dreams Park. It is super clean, updated, tucked off the main road and has the cutest porch for morning coffee. "Loved our stay! Communication with the owners was top notch. The house was clean and is in a safe area and an easy 20 minute drive to downtown Cooperstown where our kids were playing at Doubleday Field. The house easily accommodates two families so that each can have their own areas of the house. "

This property worked out great for me as I was back and forth to Cooperstown Dream Parks, I worked remotely from the house and I fished a lot. The property was spotless. I would come back. "Wonderful place to stay! SO CLEAN!! My family stayed Summer House while our oldest played at CDP. It was only a 7-8 minute to the park. It offered plenty of space for our other 3 boys to play and explore during any downtime! It came equipped with everything you need! Highly recommend! The hosts were fabulous!"
