"This was such a beautiful, serene place. Location was excellent for Ithaca, Watkins Glen and Cornell waterfall trails and hiking. The upstairs loft was super cute but we slept on the futon downstairs, which was so comfortable with a thick memory foam topper. Also, I had never experienced bath towels like these.... so luxurious!We had company at our mightly campfires. Very friendly feline friends.This is cozy, country charm with a bit of artistic whimsy. Magical Thank you, David!"

"Had a wonderful one-night stay in this peaceful country retreat! The place was impeccably clean, and the private indoor sauna was a fantastic bonus. It’s just a 20-minute drive to beautiful Watkins Glen. The hosts were friendly and provided all the necessary details before our arrival, ensuring a smooth experience. We would definitely return to enjoy more of the serene surroundings."

"This place was better than even the pictures show. The views were amazing, the outdoor space and pool amazing. The house was perfect! Everything was clean and well maintained. "We had a phenomenal time ant our stay (mostly due to the farm animals lol.) Everyone was very friendly. The family has their kids over for the summer and it’s a very welcoming space seeing everyone playing. Cell service is spotty in the area so make sure you have the instructions on the map pulled up to get there. "

"My mom and I went to Candor to visit her hometown and childhood friends and we chose this location to stay in Spencer. It is within a beautifully and well kept historic property. While there are other units we had our own dedicated space and we wouldn’t have known anyone else was there. Conveniently located next to Nickals park and Lake which was beautiful and has a convenient little mile hiking trail around he water. The diner down the block and the pizzeria are delicious! I would definitely...
