"Great safe location. Host was great! Our room was on the first floor, so great if stairs are an issue. Nice and clean. The bed is low, but comfortable. I'm a sheet snob and hate microfiber, so I brought my own cotton sheets. The TV is a nice size, but the couch is really not comfortable. It was kinda weird how the toilet is so close to the tub, especially because there is a lot of wasted space in the bathroom. The shower curtain was dirty and needed to be washed or replaced. I made that known to...

"This is a newly renovated unit, very spacious for two people. This property is well maintained and kept very clean. The neighborhood is adorable, I walked the surrounding streets and enjoyed some of the quaint older homes decorated for Fall and Halloween. Communication with Joseph was easy and informative. I would stay here again. "

"Great Place."

"This home and host were top notch! The fenced back yard and the ice in the freezer were great perks! The host went out of her way to make sure we were happy and had what we needed. Great place to stay, close to everything!"

"While we were glad to find a place to stay that would accommodate our family for a reasonable price, we were disappointed in the cleanliness and overall property management. The sewer backed up in the basement, spilling into the carpet of the bedroom where people were sleeping. We contacted the host who did respond in a timely way but said he’d look into it after we left. Other concerns include the 40 rusty nails and other hardware we picked out of the back yard, ants on the kitchen counter and...

"Place is not what it is cracked up to be in the pics. Must have big critters bag of rat poison sitting on the furnace…."

"We wanted to stay somewhere unique and central to all of the goings-on in Washington on this trip and this place was exactly what we were looking for! Not only did it feel very new and well kept, but the place was pretty spacious and had a large shower and bedroom / living area. Having the Tangled Roots brewery/restaurant right downstairs was just the cherry on top and we will absolutely consider this location to be on the top of our list for the next time that we need to stay in the Washington...

"Only thing we can say positive is that the beds were comfortable and the water was hot. The minute we walked in we could tell the floor had not been cleaned. Holes in bathroom wall. Dirty floor in bathroom. Dirty/mildew on shower grout. Water marks all over the kitchen table. Unsafe stairs coming into the house.. irregular heights.Very drafty windows and thin cheap curtains on them. No extra blamkets. Some of the decorations were cute but is was like the saying "lipstick on a pig". We were in...

"Broken door lock, screen door falling off, broken couch. Left when the door could no longer be locked because it wasn't safe"

"Very nice "
