"Amazing host and extremely well stocked - kitchen had every appliance imaginable, and so many thoughtful touches throughout. Loved the binder full of local tourism knowledge and instruction manuals. Whoever cleans the house did a great job. However, the house was in pretty bad shape, literally. Not disrepair, but because it’s so old, everything is a bit jenky. "This place was great. It exactly met our needs. There is a great gym, a really nice heated indoor pool and a cute little park. We stayed in one of the townhouses. It was clean and had everything we needed to make meals. We will definitely come back next time we visit WV"

"Kathleen had everything we needed from seasoning, bug spray, smores/ fire pit supplies, soap, toothpaste brushes, even games and movies. Everything was clean and private, we had a great time relaxing by the fire and in the hammock. Great for anyone by themselves or families. 15 mins from Morgantown and lots of trails around. The road gets a little rough at one point so smaller/lower cars go slow and be careful but it didn’t dampen our stay at all. Kathleen was an amazing host, we appreciate her...
