"This was a vey ‘cute studio apartment’ perfect for 1 person but dig enough for two. My only wish was that the mattress be a little thicker and more plushness. (That’s just my opinion on a soft bed) bathroom was very nice it would be perfect for temporary work assignment or parents visiting their college kiddo. Would definitely stay there again as a matter of fact I’m checking the availability for my next work trip. "

"The house was the perfect size and so cute! The parking was a perfect size for our vehicle and the outside area was so cozy. We had everything we needed and felt so relaxed."

"The EIM hosting team was great, they were very responsive to my requests and needs. The apartment was clean and laid out nicely for me. The check-in process was quick and easy allowing for flexibility of arrive time. The location was good for my needs, there was a gym, grocery store, fast food and coffee within walking distance. I'll will being staying here again when I travel to Abilene."

"Cute house with great furnishings! Very nice home with a number of amenities included. I would say the only downside was there was no downstairs seating area. I think the rooms could’ve been configured better to make the downstairs have the living space instead of the upstairs. I had a guest with a bad knee who unfortunately could not get up the stairs. Other than that the home was very lovely."

"A nice simple rental with all the amenities you would get at an extended stay hotel plus a washer and dryer if you needed it. Looks like this was very recently built so everything was in really good condition. Parking was a little tricky with 5 spaces plus a handicapped spot for the four rental units and we were in a big crew cab pickup. "It was so nice to stay in a home with 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms! The kitchen was very well stocked with spices, coffee and creamer and cooking utensils. The house was very clean. Since it was Halloween the hosts even left a trick or treat bucket with some treats! So fun! Our family would definitely stay at Cottage Clair again! Highly recommend!"

I heard feet walking across the floor above me into late hours at night.Also the picture was a little misleading. It showed covered parking. But when I got there, 2 vehicles were parked under the canopy. I had to park away from my room.
