"We had a great time at Lara’s Chateau. From booking to check out was a great experience. Lara was available any time I called her. A/C was not working in one part of the home and within a couple of hours she had someone out to fix it. We had 30 adults and children and there was plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. Pool table was a hit with the kids and adults. We had 11 vehicles plenty of parking spaces available. The only thing we missed was an outdoor area...

"Eric was very helpful. I had a problem come up that was unrelated to the Hotel room, but rather parking specific. He was able to assist me with it and it was very much appreciated. When the folks at the front desk are able to resolve problems for you, it makes you feel like you are valued as a customer. I cannot say enough about that. Eric was top notch! "Celebration of Life for my aunt. Absolutely wonderful , peaceful and perfect to be with family. Already planning to return in November. I have stayed at Callaway Villas and other cabins on the Mountain. This is by far the best . There are no words . "
