The host, Mike, responded in good time and ensured we had what we needed. My mom got to see the night sky she remembered from her teenage years. We will absolutely keep this property in mind for future vacations. Mom said this is one of her top three houses she has ever stayed at."

There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, and the layout made it easy to spend time together without feeling crowded. The house stayed nice and cool thanks to great air conditioning, even on the hotter days.The location is fantastic—very close to the lake, which made lake days super convenient, especially with kids. "The cottage is perfect for two people. My husband and I enjoyed are stay. Very private and perfect for a quick get away to attend a wedding. The back yard was well kept and we saw rabbits and birds in the morning. Very charming. One tip for the ladies, the bathroom area is not lit very well. Not the greatest to get ready and apply make up. However, there is a cute desk in front of a window with a lamp that was perfect lighting to apply make up. Aside from that it was simple and charming.
