"Since we have kids in 3 states it’s challenging to get gifts home after our Christmas so about 5 years ago we decided to just pay for our family vacation and that would be everyone’s Christmas. Making memories and not having things that break or your outgrow. We had a lovely time at Lake James and hope to come back in 2 years "

"We had a great time staying in Emily’s lake house. Pictures portray it accurately. Inside of home has been completely renovated and is very clean, comfortable and cozy. Can’t beat the location right on the water. Short drive to Walmart, Meijer, Kohls among others. Nice choice of restaurants nearby. Snow lake connects to Lake James, and a few other Lakes. We spent time at the sandbar and went tubing. Would definitely stay here again! Kids kept asking if we could stay here again next year! "

"My family booked a last minute trip to Wall Lake and were delighted with the amazing property we stumbled into. The house is recently renovated with modern decor throughout. The patio overlooking the lake is perfect for enjoying a dinner near the water or watching the sunrise with a coffee in the morning. "Nice property along the river. Great for a long weekend in South Bend with quick access to the campus. "

"Here for the week with children and grandchildren. The house is beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The best part was the "bunk room" for the grandchildren. [all eight of them] They could all stay in one room and had such a great time hanging out together. Communication with Kim was incredible! Had one very small issue with the stove and it was resolved immediately. Would highly recommend this house for large families. Thank you Kim!!!"
