"This property is amazing and we had NO disappointments! The beds were comfortable and felt like home versus a hotel bed. The kitchen had almost every appliance you could want to help prep meals. The Screenroom was our favorite place to take our meals. We spent most of our week kayaking and snorkeling off the beach outside the house. There is so much wildlife right in the water right off the shore. We will cherish this trip and hope to return to Parlay at Sunset!"

"House is very nice - also quite remote feeling but not far from restaurants and Governor’s Harbor. The beach is beautiful! Tenielle was a wonderful host! The only thing that could use repair is the long driveway. However, it is like many driveways on Eleuthera so I think you just have to expect it (but don’t be surprised as it’s quite a bumpy road)."

"Well located on the center of the island, 8 min walk to a quiet beach. Super clean apartment, friendly owner. We appreciated the beach chairs we could take along with us. The only disappointment is that we thought from the listing the large balcony facing the ocean would be private and adjacent to our unit, but it is the owner's balcony which we could access. No direct ocean view from our apartment."

"Property is exactly as shown. Star of the show is it's location relative all the wonderful beaches (Twin Coves, French Leave, Cocodimama, Navy Base Beach, 10 Bay Beach). Incredible how you essentially will have your own private run of these amazing white sand beaches. Saw Dolphins, Starfish, Rays, Turtles, Sharks - and each day was a new adventure (with hardly a soul to be seen on the beach). Then you have the pool to enjoy to end the day. People are friendly. "We enjoyed our 10-day stay. The sweet house was everything we expected—Clean, well designed and organized, and close to Governor’s Harbor as well as points north and south. The weather was hotter than we expected, but AC worked well. I especially enjoyed daily “workouts in the small and very clean pool. Jethro, who lives nearby, was particularly helpful with suggestions for restaurants and activities. Highly recommend."

"Privacy, beauty, setting and every possible convenience in a vacation rental on one of the out islands. Top appliances, comfortable furniture, spectacular setting on a near private beach of miles. And to make things best, a wonderful local manager—responsive, knowledgeable,etc. Could not have been more pleased! Compliments to the owners for their thoughtful furnishing and accommodations. A minor point would be the need to replace the beach chairs, but the many patio chairs and tables and lounges...

"The cottage was perfect, everything I needed and a great location. A 5 min drive to Twin Coves Beach which was my favorite beach. I snorkeled there everyday. Governor's Harbour is a great central location on the island. Theresa was lovely host and I enjoyed our conversations. Can't wait to go back!"

"The location of this home on the island was ideal. Super close to Governor's harbor where we made frequent trips to town for shopping and restaurants. Pascals right down the hill with the swim up bar was a perfect compliment to this home. The bedrooms were comfortable and it was a perfect layout for two families. "Beautiful pink beach steps away from the cottage. Great snorkeling with colorful, tropical fish and beautiful rocks. We saw a stingray, turtles, and possibly a couple of sharks. There were two cute mama birds nesting on the beach. We got to see the eggs and then the last day the babies after they had hatched. We enjoyed using the kayak and snorkeling gear.
