"Overall first impression appearance is good, house appears neat and tidy. However does not match photos Positives- Lovely quiet area; Beds very comfortable & bedrooms all very spacious. Had issue connecting to wifi which we contacted Stayz about, Owner quick to make contact & rectify for us. Living room spacious with enough seating areas. Bathroom clean & tidy.Negatives - Lounge chairs have seen better days & the edges of the seating cushions were extremely dry and rough. The rug in the lounge...

"The only think is can you please put a couple more t-bags and coffee in the rooms then I don't have to ask for more as I feel awkward asking for more or going to the foyer cupboard to help myself everything else and breakfast was great - we were looking to have dinner at the restaurant on Saturday night but it was closes so we had to go elsewhere"

"The property was exactly as advertised and contained everything we needed for our stay. The location was very convenient -only 15 mins out of Jindabyne and less than half an hour to Kosciuszko NP. The tiny house was surrounded by bushland and farmland, and there was plenty of wildlife spotting. Craig was welcoming and accommodating, and his thoughtfulness in establishing the accommodation is evident. I would definitely recommend Big Yard Escapes as a peaceful getaway from the city or the grind. "

"For a one bedroom apartment we had plenty of space, well equiped kitchen, king bed very comfortable bonus was having washer/dyer. Car parking space undercover and was in easy walking distance to eateries and Woden shopping mall which has Coles and Woolworths.Had a small issue with the window which the host dealt with promptly communicating with them was very easy. Would stay again."

"This little apartment was perfect for a short stay, with a fantastic view of the lake. Having a restaurant and cinema right downstairs, plus a good coffee shop and a couple of other eateries nearby, was great. The place itself was modern, neat and comfortable; and I appreciated the step-by-step instructions on where to find the keys and how to get in (which could have been daunting otherwise)."
