"Absolutely beautiful house, plenty of space with a beautiful garden and large kitchen. I loved the smell of the aged wood, very cozy and even has an air conditioner. The owners are very nice, they speak good English and make you feel welcomed. They have two adorable and friendly cats that will come visit you. I highly suggest this house, you won’t be disappointed. "

"We had a really nice stay, it met our expectations. Everything was clean and working, even though walls are thin people were good at being respectful and quiet. Only thing we were missing was plug with ground to use our adapter or USB charge in the wall. Also i found the matresses a bit hard to sleep on. The personal are english speaking and very helpful. Can highly reccomend the hike from Nakatsugawa to Nagiso through magome and tsumago. It is a nice find to the price. Overall a memorable amd good ryokan experience."
