"The ResidenZ at Bavarian Inn was a perfect place for my siblings and me to have a mini family reunion. Check-in was a breeze. There were 11 of us, all adults, and we found the home to be comfortable, spacious and met all our needs. We were there for 4 nights and had most of our meals at the residence. "WHERE TO START?!! I’M NOT KIDDING If you are planning a trip to the Frankenmuth or Birch Run area, you need to book your stay here. If I could give our host, Ryan, and his property, ten stars instead of five, I would without hesitation! There were so many extra touches that were in Ryan’s rental including, but certainly not limited to, bottled water in the refrigerator, a bag of ice in the freezer, laundry soap/dryer sheets, q-tips/cotton pads, creamers/sugar packets for the Keurig coffee...

"The home was very clean. We had everything we needed for a weekend away. The owner answered us quickly when we had a question about the door lock. The stairs are quite steep but there is a handrail on both sides which is helpful for older people. There is a tv in the upstairs bedroom which wasn’t mentioned and a cozy chair. We arrived very late and there was no lights on the outside which made it hard to find our way in. There was a Keurig in the kitchen with creamer. A welcomed morning...

"Wonderful, quiet little house right on the water. The water was beautiful, but really pretty at night with all the lights. Kitchen is very well equipped and the owner is excellent at returning messages and assisting in any difficulties. Our two young granddaughters loved the tiny sandy beach right out the back door! Very clean."

We had no complaints, however, the listing could have been clearer that the owner and family live in the other half of the house and have access to walk into the renter's half of the house at any point.
