"The bathroom was not clean at all! I Here’s a stronger, polite but honest review you can post:
Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived, and despite requesting laundry service, no one came to collect the clothes. The property also did not have a microwave, and there was no dishwashing liquid or sponge provided, which made it difficult to clean up after meals.

"Onsite hosts Sam and Moreen were so wonderful! We got all the inside tips about Pacific Harbor from them including beach access, where to buy fresh fish and activities in the area. Moreen made me cassava so that I could learn to cook with it and Sam brought is fresh coconuts when we were by the beautiful (and huge) landscaped pool. "On checking in, we realised my daughter had booked using my Short/ preferred name, not full name. The older lady ant the reception (could be the Manager) asked us to pay by cash as the name on the booking was different to the name on my card (even if my bank account has my full name and nick name). Another option was to change names on the booking website. The hotel’s wifi wasn’t working. My daughter and I had to walk down the hill to the ATM and uphill back. It was hot on the day.
