"Nice, big and quite rooms. Breakfeast was horrible. Hotel is using a cafe in the shopping mall (which the hotel is located in). If you like shopping there is good opportunities, but otherwise area is completly dead and boring. We came here to relax in our hotelroom and that was great for that. Wifi is excelent by the way."

" I would happily return. The residence and my flat looked new. Everything needed was there. No smell of cigarette, the fans, AC and WiFi were working fine. Don't forget a plug adapter (G type in Malaysia). A mall and supermarket are at 5 min by walk, restaurants too. Quiet residential area. There were few people in the swimming pool during the week. A few small things to improve: the handle of one window was broken, the shower head was broken and I had to remove it (which is OK for me), there...

"In general really good hotel. The rooms are really spacious, the workers kind and the location great. The only negative thing I noticed was that the bed sheets were a bit old with some old unremovable stains, but that's about it. "

"Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "

"Værelset var fint og rent. Vi fik en gratis opgradering. Træning/gym var virkelig ringe! Poolen er ok. Morgenmaden var ok. Morgenmaden ef udendørs lige ved poolen. Så spiser man kl. 10 kan du forvente kold mad og børne-familier, der bader i poolen lige op ad en. Morgenmaden havde stået udenfor lige siden det blev sat ud. Det varme mad blev blot opvarmet af 2 stearinlys. Det holder intet mad varmt. Der manglede sprit til hænderne ved buffeten. "

"The property itself was in a very excellent location, because you have easy walkable access to the Petronas Twin Towers, the KLCC park which has a wonderful colorful water fountain ⛲️ show at night with music. The Saloma Link Bridge which displays a colorful bridge changing colors every 10-20 seconds outside and inside of it. Also, Avenue K shopping mall is across from the twin towers that offer a variety of dining or fastfood and a grocery store. All those tourists attractions are free to visit...

"This is a great place with an amazing infinity pool. Arrived early, front desk staff not very helpful but when i messaged the host they were more than happy to accommodate and allowed us early check. Fast responses and would definitely recommend this place. "

"Excellent accommodation right in the heart of Buit Bintang and loads to see and do to absorb the local culture. Breakfast okay but after a few days becomes a little bit monotonous and could do with more options but probably just being picky.. went to some other places for breakfast which was reasonable. Excellent apartment and facilities were great. Impeccably clean and staff who were wonderful. We will be back to this wonderfully vibrant city 🙏"

In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. "Worst 3 nights experience ever! Property does not have receptionist, only 1 security guard and very unfriendly. No computer, so even when we already book, they don't have the data. Security guard ask us to find the so called "Agent" somewhere in the building nearby there but did not give proper address or directions. So we have to walk around guessing which is the "Agent" office. We call Expedia and they are very helpful to call the building and reconfirm our stay. After long process finally...
