"The pictures for this property are very misleading. The place is very outdated and there’s a horrible smell that comes from the shower. On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. The fold out couch bed...

But unfortunately it was the wrong house we received - not the VIP that we had paid for. That's why there was also a mess at breakfast. A good place maybe, but a very sad experience for us. Problem; bad information and not in control of things."
