"We only stayed one night, but the house was equipped with everything you would need for longer. The kitchen was clean with plenty of utensils and cooking apparatus for a group. The bathroom was small but had shampoo/conditioner/body wash. There was plenty of towels. There is a washer/dryer. And of course the television and reliable WiFi. The owner was nice and responded to messages in a timely manner. Check-in was easy. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. "

Granny's House was in an excellent location both to The Ark and just for a quiet place to relax. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We would have loved to have had more time to just enjoy staying in the house. If we're in the area again, we will definitely hope to stay there again."

"Very quiet location, close to the Main St area (which is going through something of a revitalization, so definitely check it out!The house has 2 driveways, which is nice, but one is quite steep. The other, on the left of the front door, is by a nice walkway that leads up to the backdoor as well.The interior was clean, and had just the right amount of furniture.Layout of the living is a bit awkward with the TV on the wall perpendicular to the couch because it's hard to watch a movie looking to...

"We had the best time at this house. The pool was perfect, the firepit is beautiful, and the hottubs were relaxing. I was lucky enough to bring my dogs with us and they had a blast too. The hosts were amazing and the communication was EXCELLENT! They not only exceeded my expectations, but they also saved our trip as we were canceled on by a different host at a different location. There were a few minor things like fridge space, but that was more to do with us having enough food for 12 people for...

"We rented this for a Bourbon Tour. The property was perfect in location as well as the basement for those that liked later nights, giving the ladies a much need reprieve. ;) The house was decorated excellently and for all our needs. I would rent again. "

"This is a nice little house, just a few miles from the Ark. The only reason I rated at four stars instead of five is that the shower curtain has orange mold at the bottom, and what appears to be boogers crusted on the inside. Everything else was nice and clean. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. This was a pleasant place for me and my family while we enjoyed The Ark and Williamstown."
