"Yudelka was a wonderful host both before our trip and after arrival. She was so kind to us, there was an overbooking at her rental and graciously found another place in her rental property. The apartment was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and in a great location is Juan Dolio. We encountered a small issue totally out of her control and it was addressed immediately and in a professional manner to be assured her guests were well taken care of. "Staff were great overall! check-in process excellent and fast! Pool area, Beach and Ocean view Stunning! The apartment didn’t feel or smell clean when we arrived . Kitchen cooking pots were old and rusty. Oven and microwave were dirty and oven was old and rusty. Both bathrooms had the sink and shower drains clogged. We got our own cleaning supplies and unclogged the sinks and showers drain. No close by restaurants or food store. Order your own uber the taxi company the property offers...
