"The property is still rebuilding but it is in good condition. The pools are great and have something for everyone. Easy beach access. The condo needed some minor repairs but was spacious and easily fit our family of 5."

"It was clean - not perfect - but clean. Nice clean sheets and the bed was more comfortable than the bed I slept on at the Grand Hyatt the previous week. VERY nice, very helpful people work here! If you need something, they will do their best to help you. Make sure you know if you are getting a room in the hotel or one of the condos. I thought we were in a condo, but since the hotel room had a refrigerator, a microwave, and a toaster - it was fine! Lovely warm pool and hot tub. Practically...

"We enjoyed our stay and all the amenities it had to offer. Only suggestion is to have Kleenex available in the condo. The light outside the guest bedroom is a little distracting when sleeping because it seems to be daylight."

"The property looked as pictured and very clean! The beds were all very comfortable and the house stayed cool, including the upstairs rooms. It was in a great location. The only bad thing I would state was communication was lacking a little. I did have to ask for the code to get in a day prior to our arrival and did receive that information quickly. I did email to notify of the outlet in the bathroom not working and received nothing back. Also, the cleaning company called the day after we left,...
